I recently sent my dog to their hostel for a few days. When I picked him up, he was noticeably unwell. He had several patches of hair loss, was extremely tired, and his leash was torn. When I questioned the caretaker about his condition, their response was dismissive. My dog is now seriously ill. Please be aware of this situation before considering this hostel for your pet.
