My dog had suffered a mild stroke and I had taken him to the hospital. After admitting him there we realised that most doctors were junior doctors that had no clue how to treat him during the emergency. They couldn’t even put an IV line or find a vein to take blood. He required oxygen but even that they failed to understand. In a span of 12 hrs my dog’s condition worsened, had multiple seizures. In between the seizures we tried to call the doctor but no one would come. They would come only after 5 to 10 minutes having us watch him suffer helplessly. When we asked the doctor to please do something, she had raised her voice to us and said “ WE DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO. IF YOU WANT TAKE HIM TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL. WE HAVE OTHER PATIENTS ALSO TO LOOK AFTER” By the time their experienced consultant doctor had visited at around 5:30 pm, my dog’s condition worsened had already lost all cognitive functions and was basically brain dead. We had no other choice but to put him to sleep and relieve him of his pain. The doctor who had spoken so much did not even come out to see his body and did not even come and face us to At least apologise. The consultant had himself stated that the hospital should have contacted him earlier and informed him. At least he could’ve given his suggestions. My dog was not just a dog. He was like my brother. There was not a single day where we have not slept together on the same bed. It was extremely heart breaking when I had to carry his body back wrapped in white. The pain I feel can’t be expressed and I pray no one else has to feel this pain I would strongly suggest everyone to not go to this hospital, especially if your pet is in a critical condition or in any sort of emergency. The corporate mentality and lack of empathy combined with the inexperience and their lack of skills has not separated me from my boy forever. These people may live like nothing ever happened and sleep peacefully, but there are gods watching from above and they see and hear everything.

I brought my cat recently and have once before to this hospital for an Ultrasound scan based on a referral from our regular vet, Doctor Cat Clinic. The scan was done by Dr Jeyaraj, who was very compassionate, calm, and thorough in explaining the findings. The support staff were welcoming and helpful, which made the entire visit stress-free. I'm thankful for the care provided and would definitely recommend this hospital for diagnostic services.

Excellent doctors who gave my pet a second life. My pet was on the brink of death after swallowing a seed and undergoing surgery. Initially, he recovered well, but on the fourth day, everything changed. He suddenly started vomiting and completely refused food. Dr. Arun didn’t give up. He carefully examined every possible reason for my pet’s condition. He was kept only on medications and IV fluids. One day, his vitals dropped dangerously low, and we rushed him to the hospital with our hearts in our mouths. At that moment, we were told there was no hope. But Dr. Arun and his incredible team fought for my pet as if he were their own. For an entire month, they worked tirelessly, day and night, never giving up on him. Because of their dedication, compassion, and expertise, my pet is alive today. The entire team stood by us with constant support, kindness, and reassurance during the most frightening time of our lives. Words are not enough to express our gratitude. We will forever be thankful to Dr. Arun and his team for saving our beloved pet.

This veterinary hospital provides excellent service. One of the most challenging tasks for pet owners is holding a kitten securely during treatment without getting bitten or allowing it to escape, which we often struggle to manage ourselves. However, the attendants here are extremely experienced and skilled. They handle the animals with remarkable confidence, care, and professionalism. We feel completely at ease during the treatment process, as everything is managed efficiently without requiring our involvement. The doctors are highly competent in diagnosis, and the hospital is clean, well-maintained, and well-organized. There are multiple full-time doctors available, ensuring prompt and proper medical attention. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and compassionate veterinary care.

I took my 7-month-old cat for a routine vaccination to SKS hospital on Thursday, 20th Nov (attached his original pic before vaccination). After the shot, he refused to eat for two full days. On Monday, I went to SKS and they said he had a temperature of 104 and claimed it was just a viral infection. They put him on drips and asked me to return the next day. On Tuesday, he was still very unwell, so again took him to SKS hospital. A blood test showed his WBC count was extremely low, so they started IV treatment and told me to come twice a day for at least 7 days, assuring me he would recover. I felt admitting him would ensure better care, so I left him at the hospital. But when I visited the next day, I was shocked at his condition. He was lying on the litter tray, his jawline had turned black, blood was dripping from his mouth, and he made no sound at all(attached the picture & marked the wound). The SKS hospital dismissed it as “viral infection affecting his vocal cords.” He didn’t eat for the entire two days he was admitted, and it was clear he was severely traumatised and neglected. I brought him home and continued taking him for IV treatment, but two days later (Sunday) I noticed his paws turning white. Only when I questioned the doctor did they mention he had developed jaundice. His condition was deteriorating every single day, yet the hospital never took it seriously nor attempted proper diagnosis or intervention. On Sunday evening, his body started turning cold, and again they brushed it off as “infection.” By 11 pm, he was completely disoriented unable to stand, sit, or move. I rushed him to SKS, where they checked his temperature: it was 93 degrees, dangerously low. They placed him on a heat pad, gave oxygen and said they would monitor him. I reached home at 1 am, only to receive a call at 2:45 am saying my pet had passed away. All of this began after a simple routine vaccination. Within a week, my healthy cat was gone. The lack of transparency, poor monitoring, misdiagnosis, and negligence at the hospital played a direct role in his suffering and death. I strongly urge every pet parent to verify the vaccines being given whether they are safe, within expiry, and handled properly and to be cautious about the kind of treatment your pet receives. Losing a pet is devastating, but losing a healthy & just 7 month old one because of avoidable negligence is unbearable. I am completely heartbroken by the way the hospital handled my cat’s treatment.
