My 6 month old golden retriever puppy got tick fever. He fell really really sick. He wasn’t eating, drinking water, he wasn’t able to get up and walk. He kept puking whatever he tried to eat. This was the first time he was falling sick too. He is my first ever puppy so i wasn’t aware of what to do. My family and i were really really worried and thought i might lose him because he wasn’t doing so great.I usually go to ARK nungambakkam for his vaccines. So i took him there when he got sick. Dr Aravind literally is a life saver. Me and my puppy are so greatful for him.He treated him so well and one month of treatment now my puppy is doing great. Touchwood. They took care of him so well. Special mention to Dr Arpana and Dr Tejasri for taking care of my puppy like their own.

The vets are good at their work, but the organisation skills are so bad that it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. They have forgotten to book appointments, forgotten to give summary of surgery despite repeatedly asking, forgotten to inform us about when we can schedule our pet's blood test. The blood test example is the most recent disappointment. We had asked them on Thursday about it, and they told us they will get back to us the next day. However, we had to keep calling them repeatedly, and still had received no confirmation by Sunday. Suddenly on Monday they booked an appointment for Tuesday without informing us. When we called to raise our displeasure, they insisted that they did everything as promised. They always say "We will call you back" but it never happens. We have to keep calling and reminding them. Whenever these organisational issues are brought up, we are told "I will speak to my staff" but nothing ever changes. Very disappointing, especially since they come highly recommended. Edit: Since I posted this review, Dr Aravind has personally spoken to me. We have talked in detail about whatever issues were faced, and he has assured me that he will try to find solutions to them. I am very happy that he is taking reviews seriously, and hopefully the clinic soon becomes as good as it can be. They care about our pets and treat them well. Once these organisational issues are sorted, they will be 5 star.

Dr. Akshaya Murali is a very loving and competent vet. My husband and I have trusted her with our 2 persian kittens - Ghost and Pepper and then are growing up to be very healthy and active. Edit: We recently got a Golden Retriever. Dr. Aravind treated him when he was showing symptoms of Paarvo. Our puppy is doing very well since then. Dr. Akshaya also gives guidance and takes care of all our pets' vaccinations.

Best vet in Chennai. Dr Aravind gives the best care for all pets in Chennai. My dog bhoo recovered well after visiting this hospital and I was so happy to see my paw mate walk again. I was from Alandur so the commute was hard but it was so worth it!!!!
