She is absolutely patient , understanding and also does a very good job of that perfect grooming for my cat. It is not easy to keep cats calm. My baby April is very very comfortable with her ! Also the receptionist who remembers the names of these pets so well! We feel very welcomed and we trust them a lot! Thank you HUFT Nungambakkam ♥️

Hormung is the groomer. His demeanor is great. His service and the overall service at this place is good. My pet is comfortable with him. The booking of appointment is hassle free. The welcoming attitude of front desk is appreciable. All the staff are friendly.

I've had the privilege of being a pet parent across different parts of the world but I have to say, I've never had an experience as special as my visits to Huft Nungumbakkam. I look forward to my visits here just as much as my cocker spaniel Soufflè. It's the people that make Huft Nungumbakkam truly one in a million. You're always greeted with the warmest smiles, they're genuinely so fond of pets and always so eager to help. The grooming experience here is unparalleled and my boy is always so comfortable, even ecstatic during his visits. Honestly, 5 stars isn't quite enough to describe how we feel about Huft Nungumbakkam. A special mention for all of Soufflè's favourite aunts - Annie, Kim, Rani and Ching. Thank you, from the deepest part of our hearts for always giving Soufflè so much love, and making our lives so much brighter (and my wallet a little lighter :P) at the end of each visit. We are already looking forward to the next one :D

Very friendly staff and very well trained staff and they take care of my pets very well . whenever they come back from the spa they smell nice and looking smart .
