My Chow Chow, Kingleaon, had a great grooming session here. The bath, grooming, and blow-dry were done professionally, and the staff handled him with care. It was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this place to all pet owners!

Absolutely the worst grooming experience ever! The so-called groomer here is a single lady and has zero skill, zero patience, and zero professionalism. If you can’t even try to handle a one-year-old Shih Tzu, then why do you running a grooming centre? I clearly told her over the phone and again in person that my dog had been groomed earlier at Zutail in madurai, two men groomers were there and they handled him easily and did a perfect zero trim. But this lady didn’t even touch my dog — just took one look and said, “He’s aggressive, take him back.” Seriously? What kind of groomer gives up without even trying? I travelled 12 km to reach and 12 km back home — total 24 km — just to be told to “take your dog back” after waiting for almost an hour. And the best part? She never even bothered to ask me anything about my dog’s behaviour or temperament in the call before I take my pet. Completely unprofessional, arrogant, and careless. If you really love your pet baby, don’t even think of bringing them here. Total waste of time, money, and your pet babies peace of mind. She told me to wait for 30mins, I told my travel time itself will be around 40mins and after I reached her grooming centre she made me to wait for an hour. If I keep my pet in a closed space for so long then what will be his mindset ? Anyway worst Luxury paws 💯 and Zutail is 1000 times better — they actually know what they’re doing.
