DORA PET’S NOT EVEN WORTH FOR SINGLE STAR👎🏻👎🏻 Leaving our Pepper (Labrador) here for just two days was heartbreaking. Instead of feeling reassured, we were left worried and anxious the entire time. The staff showed little care or empathy, were rude in their responses, and seemed more focused on money than our pet’s well-being. As pet parents, we only asked for basic updates or a short video, but even that felt like too much for them. Trusting someone with your pet is deeply emotional, and sadly, that trust was broken. I would not recommend this boarding service to anyone who truly loves their pet.

⚠️ Serious warning to pet parents. This operation is run by a mother and daughter Reena a total arrogant girl with no actual care for animals or dogs. Just money minded shameless ladies who appear to treat voiceless animals as a source of income, not lives that deserve care. Charging ₹700 per pet while denying basic needs like walking (said to be “separately chargeable”), hygiene, and transparency is deeply unethical. When questions were asked, pressure and intimidation followed. Playing with voiceless lives purely for money never ends well—consequences always catch up. Karma will ruin their lives for this. This place should be investigated and shut down before more animals suffer. Unfortunately no options for zero stars. Despite so many genuine negative reviews from pet parents this place is running.

Amazing service! My dog and cat stayed for 1 week, and both were well cared for. No stress, no complaints. The boarding facility is clean, safe, and pet-friendly. Best place for all-in-one boarding.

Worst experience ever. Not worth even one star. We left our Labrador at Dora’s Pet Boarding for just two days. After two months, we were horrified to find out that our dog was pregnant. This is completely unacceptable and proves extreme negligence. We are very responsible pet parents and never leave our dog unattended anywhere else. The situation became even worse when four puppies were born and they look like street dogs, showing clear signs of poor care. When we questioned the boarding staff, they were rude, unprofessional, and refused to take responsibility. Our pet was not fed properly, her health deteriorated, and we are now dealing with emotional stress and medical concerns because of their carelessness. As a pet parent, I strongly warn everyone: DO NOT leave your pets at Dora’s Pet Boarding. Your pet’s safety and well-being are clearly not a priority here.

The individuals running it appear solely profit-driven, treating voiceless lives as a source of income rather than beings that require care, dignity, and empathy. Any responsible pet parent should strictly avoid leaving their pets here. Due to their kennel being “full,” my two Shih Tzus were kept at their residence under so-called home care. When I requested a short video showing my dogs’ activities (not just a feeding clip), Reena responded that I was “paying only for food and shelter, not for updates.” This response clearly reflects their attitude toward transparency and accountability. When I further asked whether my dogs were being taken for walks, Reena stated that walking is charged separately. This raises a serious and valid question: what exactly is the ₹700 per pet being charged for? Basic exercise and movement are fundamental aspects of pet care, not optional extras. For any legitimate pet boarding service, reassuring customers and providing basic care is the bare minimum. Instead, my concerns were met with arrogance. A staged and clearly performative video was later sent, which only deepened my suspicion that my pets were not being treated properly. I was then pressured to collect my dogs by 10 PM while I was out of station, simply because I was asking questions. This behavior is highly unprofessional and raises serious red flags about how accountability is handled. Based on this contradiction, I have formally reported this operation on the PFA portal for verification of licensing and compliance. Negative reviews are conveniently dismissed as “fake,” but based on my firsthand experience, future customers should seriously question the authenticity of the overly positive reviews instead. Any affection shown toward pets in front of owners appears purely performative. My dogs were visibly distressed and only relaxed once they were back with me. When people choose to play with voiceless lives purely for money, consequences inevitably follow. Such actions never go unanswered in the long run. I sincerely hope this operation is investigated thoroughly and taken down before more pets are subjected to neglect. This place is not fit for pet boarding.
