Great medical care round the clock with a very capable team of doctors.so many emergencies we have been able to save our baby whatever hour of the night.Thank u 🙏 Dr.suganya mam and deivarani mam
Dr deivayani is the best vet you will find in Chennai. She saved our cat Simba, Thiruvanmiyur at the most critical time. She's a miracle worker, so many vets had no clue about our cat's condition and declared him a hopeless case since he had a viral infection. Dr devayani is so genius and very persistent and very dedicated. She did the diagnosis and prescription in seconds which is very commendable. I wish the doctor deivayani the very best and also the helpers who were very empathetic and understanding while treating Simba. Thanks a ton for saving our dear Simba and I sincerely recommend kk pet clinic to all pet parents.
Please reconsider before taking your baby here, I am not sure if they are qualified enough, my baby died of tick fever in just 4 and half years being a first time dog owner I had no clue the chewable for ticks should be given every 6 months and who should have guided that? Also my vaccinations were with them and I used to leave there for boarding very rarely and just a week after we picked him from boarding he was diagnosed with tick fever there and spent quite a lot of money in 3 days and the third day morning he passed away.
Dr.suganya has been fantastic with my 11 year old mixed breed diagnosed by tumor.she provided thorough care and explained everything clearly. Her gentle approach made my dog feel comfortable and the staff were friendly too. Thanks to her timely decision and expert care the surgery was performed and was a complete success. Thanks to surgeon..
This was, without question, one of the most heartbreaking and infuriating experiences we have ever had with any veterinary clinic. My friend’s dog went in for a surgery here, and the entire situation felt wrong from the very beginning. We genuinely believe the procedure was mishandled or done incorrectly, because nothing was explained properly, nothing made sense, and the dog never came back home. The pain of losing a pet because of what felt like careless treatment is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone. And as if the loss wasn’t enough, the way the clinic behaved afterward made everything a thousand times worse. There was absolutely no empathy, no apology, no sense of responsibility, not even basic kindness. Their attitude was cold, dismissive, and shockingly indifferent — as if a life hadn’t just been lost under their care. We were left standing there devastated while they acted like it was just another ordinary day. That kind of attitude is unacceptable from any medical professional, especially those entrusted with vulnerable animals. In my opinion, this clinic failed us on every level — medical, ethical, and human. The lack of communication, the lack of transparency, and the complete lack of compassion were beyond disappointing. I honestly don’t know how a place can operate like this and still call itself a veterinary clinic. Based on what we went through, I would never trust this clinic with any animal. If you love your pet, please think twice before coming here. Our experience was not just bad — it was traumatic, devastating, and something no pet parent should ever have to go through.
