Worst experience i have ever had. I dont to anyone recommend there. My dog shihtzu who had a zero cut. The groomer made a deep cut near in his neck. The thing is he didnt even inform that it has happend. When i noticed after starting from there it was bleeding. I am really frustrated of this kind of attitude and behaviour.

Greetings, it was indeed an amazing service. My dog had to undergo an ear amputation surgery. The medical expertise of Dr. Himanshu and Dr. Nivedha were absolutely the key reasons for his recovery. Mr. Ariff was very much helpful and informative regarding our pet's health and safety. Last but not the least, the staffs and receptionist (Ms. Surya) was very kind and helpful. The hospital incharges were helpful during the two months of his recovery and I recommend it for boarding, health checkups, and vaccinations.

I took my shih-tzu 8 month old puppy to sanchu Animal Hospital Velachery due to emergency around 5 o clock. Date : 09-10-2025 in the morning. The hospital door was half closed. I called no one picked up my call. As I entered by myself receptionist was sleeping and casually he is saying no doctor is available right now. Just after leaving the hospital my puppy lost its life her heartbeat stopped without any doctor to attend. Then why did you claim to be 24/7 ? Only because you're open 24/7 I came all the way to your hospital due to emergency or else I could have went somewhere else. Regardless of calling multiple time no one picked up.... Such a worst hospital for emergency. Just shut down your hospital.....!

We took our Shih Tzu, Simba, to the Velachery branch for basic grooming and informed the staff about his existing eye infection. We were not allowed inside the grooming room. After the session, he was extremely panicked, which is unlike his normal behavior. Once home, he developed severe breathing difficulty. Another hospital confirmed air in his lungs and said he was in a near life-threatening condition. Since then, he has been traumatized. We strongly suspect mishandling during grooming. Pets deserve care and compassion. We expect a proper investigation and accountability.
