Clean, safe, and affordable boarding home for pets. The caretakers are very helpful and take excellent care of our pets. Have been regularly boarding my two dogs since an year, and never had a complaint.
We had to leave our pet here for couple of days only to come back to see that he was bitten in couple of spots and had an allergic reaction. We specifically requested for him to be kept away from other dogs as he was only 5months old. The least we expected was truth from the care takers of what had happened so that we could take the required medical treatments. But they strongly denied that the bite marks occurred at their place.
Don't judge a book by its cover! I left my pet her for 1 day when she was 2 months old. Picked her on the same day evening and she was normal. Based on that experience, left her at dogtopia for 4 days when she was 3 months old. When I returned, she lost almost 2.6 kg and was looking too skinny. Also had a wound on her front knee( left). We had to leave our dog here in boarding due to an emergency otherwise we leave it in a different boarding. I have read most of the comments over here. From my point of view, firstly, while you enter this place, the entrance itself like a ditch not at all clean and smelly. You can't stand inside the gate at all. Secondly, if you leave your dog even for 1 day, after you take him or her to home, even after so many baths, he will stink that's how the boarding place also. WE THOUGHT IT COULD BE NORMAL. but I never felt this much stink in other boardings and also he come thin also tried. They won't be brisk. Thirdly, last time when we left our dog for 1 day, he got a strong wound on his paw. When my husband asked, they said that he got much excited after seeing food and he fall from steps. But the doctor denied the cause. It's kind of sharp thing pricked in his paw. So much pain we went through because of this. As a pet care, they didn't even call back asking for his wellness. SO REQUEST NOT TO PREFER THIS PLACE FOR YOUR LOVEABLE ONE
We have left our Pug multiple times at this pet boarding, they take care of your loved ones very well and also share photos and videos of your pet on their WhatsApp group twice everyday. I would highly recommend this place where your pets are under good care by them.
