They have a blood bank and the doctor is the best in chennai very talented Gives good diagnosis and I have been to a lot of vet but they charge the right amount And always wait to get the consultation of the head doctor he usually will come at 6 pm They have hostel as well I believe My dog was admitted for three days

I have two dogs and paid Rs. 4,000 for microchipping, Rs. 1,200 for the consultation, and Rs. 1,000 for the license. However, they never informed me that the rabies vaccine was expiring in just two months. As a result, my license is now valid for only 2.5 months. This feels extremely dishonest — they seem more interested in collecting money than providing proper service.
I had an excellent experience here. My cat, tutu, broke one of its legs somehow. We took him to the ark and they immediately told us surgery would be needed. They kept him there for 2 to 3 days and then we took him home. 2 months of recovery later hes back to normal and walking on all 4 legs.
My dearest pet was treated here. I am giving 2 stars only because a few good doctors and staff still work here. Please do NOT blindly follow the advice of a doctor named Vijay. In my experience, he relies mainly on repeated fluid treatments and focuses heavily on negative outcomes. I strongly recommend taking a second opinion if he is involved. It could make a critical difference and may save your pet. Vijay is the worst veterinarian I have ever met. He seems focused only on generating money. Whenever you ask anything, he responds very negatively, increasing stress and emotional distress, which can also affect your pet. He will start the treatment without even diagnosing anything. I honestly do not understand how he became a veterinarian.
