A very devastating and bad experience, My dog is now suffering from vision loss , due to their carelessness We had her there for about 5 days , and about a day before we got her back , we did not receive any close up videos of my dog. But only after we received her this morning, we found out that her right eye was completely injured and the doctor stated that it must be harmed by someone or something to have such a injury. As stated by the doctor , He said that only after a week , any condition can be stated regarding the vision recovery You are not working for free or for charity , we are giving you enough money to take care of the dog in your so called boarding It looks like my dog is abused or beaten, and the owner calmly says that nothing had happened in her presence and she is not aware of anything No responsibility or care was taken by the owner and this place cannot be trusted If she is not aware of anything, she must not handle such a Boarding facility. KINDLY CROSS CHECK WITH REVIEWS BEFORE HANDING OVER YOUR PETS TO SUCH A FACILITY

Worst experience ever. Please do NOT leave your dogs here. I left my dog at this boarding centre for just two days, trusting them with her safety. When we came back, my dog had blood on her nose, her skin was peeled off, and she was limping. This is not normal and absolutely unacceptable. When we went back to question them, the worker’s daughter called us separately and admitted that her father brutally beat my dog. I am still shocked and heartbroken. If you truly love your dog and care about their safety, please do not bring them to this boarding centre. The dogs are not treated with care here—they are abused. This has been the most traumatic and horrible experience for both us and our dog. I wouldn’t wish this on any pet parent. Please be warned.
Good and reasonable compared to some of the other dog boarding facilities. My pup stayed there for 3 days he was taken care well and was well fed. Hello stayed there for 3 days and I was sent daily updates. Thank you Moshivibi for keeping my pet safe and sound.
