They’re really good and hospitable. Although when they’re crowded they make you wait longer. Bother than that Dr. Manikandan sees to your pet very personally and understands the psychology of your pet. And treats them with the best.

I walked into this clinic with hope, but walked out with heartbreak. My pet had only low platelets, nothing serious, but the doctor kept giving steroids without even trying other treatments. Within a few days my dog’s health crashed and he passed away. What hurts most is how much faith we had in them. I will never forgive myself for trusting this place.

One of the best pet clinic in neighborhood, i would say. They will explain each and everything clearly and take good care of your pets. They have all kinda food products and accessories for your pets. Dr.Manikandan's words will make anyone to understand. He explains in and out of every doubts you ask. An amazing Dr i have seen so far. He ll be busy all the time explaining little things, you have to wait for your turn. It's worth waiting. Finally, kudos to all the staff members - front desk person, helping staff, other doctors and veterinary nurse.

Don’t go here you will lose your pet. Nowadays recently there are more pet died in this hospital… I came to this hospital for my my pet. It took nearly 4 days to find out the root cause of the issue by the time, the pet health is very worst, and they’re starting a normal procedure and medication, but time has passed. They couldn’t able to find out the issue on the first day because they won’t take all the necessary test at first, they give normal medicine and sedative to your pets by the time. The health of the pet is getting worst. So that’s the main reason that most of the pets are died, so don’t go here instead of that go to the hospital with is taking more importance to their pets by starting the immediate acquired test and medication

One of the worst vet hospital i ever seen in my life , even vapari vetnary is better. Inexperienced staff, story telling doctor, treatment time 1 hours after treatment billing time 2hours . You should wait for the prescription for hours very slow staffs and computer , High quality treatment for those who like to spend more money, for normal treatment itself will goes up to 1000 rupees even the treatment is just intended to take Money from you not to cure your pet. They not even clean the thermometer, just wiping it and use to other pets, if they use it like this the virus called Canine parvovirus will spread easily, when I told one of the intern to wash the saying thermometer is not water resistant it will be swith off, if i wash , The hospital itself spreading virus through thermameter by inserting one pet to another. It's an very expensive Hospital with low quality treatment. Dr.manikandan treatment is not good, Good treatment is only for those who can afford, for those who can't afford he became stroy teller and tell the intern to take care and move away when you come for next check up he never even come near, when he come for to look other pet , he will just ignore you and tell the intern to take care. Final review - 1. Poor treatment 2. Expensive like Apolo 3. Worst Doctors and interns 4. Poor response ( staffs , Dr) 5. Slow billing (minimum 30 minutes have to wait for prescription ad billing after treatment) I personally waites over 1hours 6. Parvo virus is roaming around, infected hospital 7. No quarantine for infected pet 8. If your pet suffering from deadly virus like parvo , never ever bring to this hospital, go to some other , if your in Chennai, i prefer Newcorner stone choolai best for infected pets.
