We had boarded our cat there as we had to to travel. Its the very best place with affordable price. Care by them is unmatchable. They were polite enough to give status about our cat anytime we called which made us to be rest assured and enjoy our vacation. The doctor even made a video call to see our cat. Very neatly maintained place. Good job to all at Eden. Keep it up. Would recommend to all without any regret.

First visit I had taken my sick 7 week rescue kitten, he passed loose motion twice, one time in the vet room. I cleaned him with clothes but he was still very wet from his own diarrhea. I asked if they had tissues but they said no. Sent us back with a bed pad. Had to give a sick, dehydrated kitten a partial bath at 9pm. Second visit, i thought it's okay this time only vaccination. They said to come by 7pm. We reached and clinic was closed. Animals don't understand what's happening and get scared. Never returning here, very bad experience for my kitten both times. He's so scared, it is now difficult to hv him cooperate to enter his carrier. Even though that was not a problem earlier.

The worst experience ever with pet boarding and care. They are merciless and only objective is to make money and nothing else. They think they can do anything with the pet during the time the pet parents are away as they can't speak. But when we take the pet out of the boarding the condition of the pet speaks ample about the treatment and care. I am going put a complain against this company in animal welfare board and ensure these guys are being the bar.

We had our cat admitted there for neutering and post operative care. It was well taken care of and videos were sent everyday showing the progress. The cage was well maintained with under pad and other stuff. The doctor and the team were kind and approachable at any time. I would highly recommend this place for boarding and other needs.

Ms. Shinu Luther is a very caring and supportive doctor. Recently I visited Eden for an emergency first aid for my puppy. She did that immediately without hesitation. Thank you so much for your service. Her prompt attention and gentle care helped my pet recover quickly, and I'm truly grateful for her exceptional expertise.
