Amazing people who really care for cats, and not business minded, it felt like I dropped my cat in my parents house, such was the feeling. The house is super spacious and has been completely cat proofed. They updated us with pictures and videos on a daily basis and ensured the Kiko felt comfortable in that environment. Kudos to the team!

We’re so happy to have found a caring space for our cat while we’re away. We found Sayeda welcoming and sensitive to the concerns of pet parents as well as their pet. We especially love that cats who are not accustomed to being around other pets, are given individual rooms. Sayeda even offered to train the cats to slowly adjust to one another. We could not take up the offer because our cat was there for less than a week. Relived to see our pet doing alright through videos shared. Definitely recommend!

I recently boarded my cat at Cats by the Beach, for a period of 19 days, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care she received. This was her first boarding experience, and the staff made sure it was a positive one. Initially, she was given a separate room to help her adjust to the new environment. This thoughtful approach helped her settle in comfortably. Over the days, as she became more acclimated, the carers interacted with her according to her comfort level, ensuring she felt secure and loved. The boarding centre maintained a friendly and peaceful environment, with only eight cats in total during her stay. This limited number ensured each cat received ample attention and care. I was particularly impressed with the regular updates I received. The Owner Ms.Sayeda sent daily photos and videos, keeping me informed about her behaviour and well-being. The owner Ms.Sayeda were always responsive and timely in their communications, which greatly eased my mind. Moreover, they took meticulous care of her dietary and hygiene needs, ensuring she ate well and was kept clean throughout her stay. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the care my cat received at Cats by the Beach. I highly recommend their services to Cat pet owner looking for a reliable and caring boarding centre. Extremely grateful to have found Cats by the Beach, we've boarded my year old cat here twice now, recently we also boarded our newly adopted kitten along with our older cat. They both were well taken care of, the place is clean and hygienic, Sayeda is thorough and ensures we get regular updates. I recently boarded my cats at Sayeda’s cat shelter, and it was such a stress-free experience for both me and my babies. The shelter is more like a home than a boarding place—there are no cages, and the cats are free to roam around comfortably. The entire place is clean, peaceful, and hygienic, and all the cats there seemed relaxed and happy. Sayeda, the host, genuinely cares for the cats as if they are her own. She sent me daily photo/video updates, and will even help with grooming and vet visits when required. I called her multiple times just to check on my cats, and she always picked up and patiently updated me. Now I feel completely worry-free knowing there’s a safe and loving place for my cats whenever I need to travel or face an emergency. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend this place to every cat parent. ❤️🐾
