Very worst kennel my pet miss Miss Very careless

I would prefer to give 0 stars. But there is no such option. We left our Shih Tzu for a couple of days. When we got him back, he was in such a worst condition. Completely dirty. Probably they made him stay in some motor room or a godown. Very poorly maintained. Not sure if he was fed properly also. He didnt sleep last night and was having so much of trauma. Such a waste of money.
