Very nice experience. My dogs regular spa is here only. Staff are very polite. Worth place to get your pets pampered.

Groomers are very patient with the pets. I have experienced other places just shaving off the whole coat when there is matting that actually can be removed with some extra effort in brushing. Thanks to the groomers in Bubbles, as they go an extra mile to do the right thing for the pets. It is my regular grooming place for my cocker spaniel.

Came here to groom our cat. It was her first time so she did put up a fight. As our cat was uncooperative, we had to take her back. We were not charged for the nail cutting. They tried to calm the cat down but it didn't work. Prices were fair and the staff were good. My only issue was the dogs that were roaming freely would constantly urinate everywhere so I did not feel comfortable sitting. However because of other factors, such as the staff behaviour, etc, I give this a 5-star. I would recommend this place for anyone with a trained or cooperative pet.

My Shihtzu Riga was not cooperative in the beginning though it was the second visit. But the groomers did an excellent job. We are fully satisfied with the facility. Would like to look forward to use your boarding facility too. Regards
