Dr.murugan is a nice doctor. Highly reliable. He is providing good quality service. I called him even in mid night during emergency. He never tried of answering. Always responsive.thank you doctor. God made such good value person for pets. Thank u very much doctor for saving my pet.
My kitten died because of this guy, he is not a good doctor He doesn't know how much a kitten should weigh at how many months He promotes cat food for small kittens in order make us buy it for his own benefit He gave 5 tonics and antibiotics charging us over ₹1500 but it's of no use Within a day my cat died This guy is a money minded doctor, but no good for ur pet, go at ur own risk Empty ur pockets Send ur pets to heaven
My cat has suffered immensely and continues to suffer because of his horribly botched surgery. This doctor clearly has no idea how to treat cats and comes off as nothing more than a greedy, money-hungry salesman pushing unnecessary products. On his advice, we amputated my cat’s leg, and the procedure was done so poorly that it’s caused wounds and complications. I will never step foot in this place again, and I strongly advise all cat parents: if you care about your pet, stay far away from this clinic. It’s an absolute nightmare.
Worst experience. Two years ago, I took my female indie dog for sterilization, trusting the process would end the regular heat cycles and the stress that comes with it—both for her and for us. However, to this day, she continues to behave like she in heat during every cycle . As if that wasn’t enough, intact male dogs from the neighborhood gather around our home and compound, barking, fighting, and creating chaos. It’s distressing for her and extremely frustrating for us. We were told the surgery was done, but now I seriously doubt what kind of procedure was actually performed. Either it wasn’t done properly, or something crucial was missed. I’ve never had such a disappointing and confusing experience with a vet before. I feel completely let down. Sterilization is a basic and routine procedure, and I trusted the vet to do it right. Now I’m left wondering if I need to get a second opinion or possibly put her through another surgery.
Doctor is caring and attentive.. Apart from consultation fees vaccine and other accessories costs more.. it would be good if the person shop provides low cost consumables and accessories, so everyone will be beneficial
