The doctors are friendly and provide excellent care for my pet with a quick response. The clinic is very hygienic and neatly maintained. Highly recommended.

I don’t normally give out reviews on google, but something in me wanted me to do this, this veterinary was the one I took my pet cat to from the first time I brought him home, I felt comfortable with the location and the doctor initially but even after several years of taking my cat there, there was no relationship that was built, the doctor knew who I was but always acted like he didn’t, I wouldn’t complain about him being a bad diagnostician but he never entertained questions about what medication they gave my cat while I brought him to there for his treatments, being a doctor myself(for humans) I knew this was not something commonly practiced, the doctors also always prescribed several supplements which I later discovered were absolutely unnecessary. The first time I took my cat for grooming was the last time I took him there for the same purpose, they handled him quite roughly and we had to sedated him to completely groom him, even though the vet knew I was a doctor myself he still wouldn’t disclose to me what medications they were using to sedate my cat, it was my first persian cat and I had no idea how easy and comfortable grooming was supposed to be, my cat was left with several cuts and scars on his body and was extremely traumatised that he wouldn’t stop shivering for weeks that followed. I continued bringing my cat to him for 5 years because I didn’t know any better at that time. I also brought along my other pets we eventually added to our family but there was nothing great about the service, I even recommended him to my friends which I shouldn’t have clearly, as they all had similar complaints. They are very money oriented, I don’t disapprove of it entirely as I understand the cost of running a clinic but I also think that money shouldn’t be the only goal. The last straw was when I had to bring one of my pets to the clinic and specifically asked what time would the doctor be there, when I came to the clinic and waited for an hour he finally came, he knew I was waiting to see him specifically and not the other doctors, he simply refused to see my pet and sent the other lady doctor in to check, even though he was right there in the next room, it was not an emergency case, he didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me himself that he couldn’t do a consultation, the sheer disrespect was the out for me. Its been a year since I last visited that clinic and found a different hospital and an excellent vet there, I also found out that my cat wasn’t the problem when it came to grooming, it was the inexperience groomers, I have taken my cats several times for grooming now and neither had to sedated them nor were they traumatised. Being a private clinic, despite spending thousands of rupees in it, it leaves me baffled by how they treated the pets and the pet parents. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone who so ever is considering taking their pet there, for the same amount of money you would be spending there, there are better veterinary hospitals and clinics out there who provide a much much better service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. Dr. Shankar is not at all responsive and rarely engages directly with pet owners — instead, he usually asks the junior doctors to handle the treatment. For the kind of service provided, the charges are extremely high and not worth it. On top of that, the waiting time is unnecessarily long even when there are not many patients. Overall, I feel the clinic prioritizes money over proper care and attention. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.

GOD complex.. everytime they want you to wait... they don't care about pets... They want to show WE ARE DOING A FAVOUR to you by tending to your pets... its more of a SPA than hospital. Don't take your sick pets. For grooming , I think it seems chilled 0ut. PS: Our cat, Zara... is no more. Doctors need to attend quickly to the sick Pets. Their condition exponentially worsens with time. Their organs are tiny and will deteriorate very fast. I blame my self for it and definitely to this hospital as well...

Dr Mr shankar is very friendly, caring and loving person..Treats animals woth care and love..he treated my doggie ( bruno) with atmost care. Treatments are good..need to definitely tell that the staffs are so friendly and will take good care of your pets..they would listen to what you want to say and act accordingly.. In some places the staffs are annoying and arrogant.overall very much satisfied with mr Shankar, staffs and the treatments..
