Very worst grooming experience. I took my Labrador for grooming and the trimming was done very poorly. The haircut is uneven and looks completely unprofessional. When I raised the issue, they blamed my dog, saying it was his mistake because he jumped. That is not an acceptable excuse for bad grooming. A professional groomer should know how to handle dogs properly. Just saying “sorry” doesn’t fix it. Extremely disappointed with the service. Do not go here.
