What stands out there are the cleanliness and the overall atmosphere. But above all, I must mention the caretaker, karthick. He takes care of the pets in such a wonderful way that they don't even feel the absence of their owners. In fact, he looks after them even better than we could ourselves.❤️

I would definitely recommend them they are very caring and loving. It truly feels like my pet Bruno’s second home whenever I drop him off there. Their one-day service cost is quite reasonable, and they also offer grooming. The groomer is very kind and respectful toward my pet. I also love visiting because it’s always full of happy pets, which makes the place so lively. If you’re a pet lover, this is a must-visit spot for both your pet’s care and your own stress relief!

I left my persian cat for 4 days under their care, and when I went back to get him he was not even in proper shape, too lean , the nose was injured and bleeding,his nails was injured and bleeding, when they also told me that he was in his best behaviour. how careless can they be when my cat was left under there supervision, I bought my cat home with 107 degree fever admitted at the hospital. You call or text them they wouldn't answer nor call back nor text back. Very disappointed and hurt by the service I received for my child. Only a person who loves pets would understand the pain and anger of seeing them hurt and in pain when left in someone else's watch. Edit: Dear lady says that she did attend my call. Kindly check your call logs ull see my calls not answered and I'll have to message her message after message just for her to reply. Nd she says it's a minute scrach 😂 do you want a pic of what he had. Nd you have the audacity to tell it happened by itself 🤣. Oh dear. The image uploaded was the minute scratch she mentioned.
