5 stars especially for the most patient, caring and lovely staff and team. They are too good. They take the time out to really make sure you and your pet leave satisfied. Niang was super helpful both the times I visited. They way they all take care of your pets and make them feel at home is lovely to watch. The place is also continuously cleaned which is also a big plus. Only con is the price of products. A little overpriced in my opinion. But the sale times help. Quality is good, prices can be better.

They have such a good spa , and a wide variety of products from low price to expensive too.

I regularly bring my puppy here. Staff are nice and kind. They are also particularly vigilant, they were able to point out a potential ear infection my puppy was in the early stages of. Overall they’re great.

I had contacted the store through phone and the entire interaction was through phone call only. *Miang - the one who made it a day. She was polite and professional, even though they had customers at the store, she paid attention and was able to answer all the questions and she fullfiled what I wanted at the end of the day.* I was in desperate need of RC-HA food, vet prescription and that was not available throughout chennai as I checked around 10-15 stores and suppliers over phone and internet. These people were able to locate the stock from other store and get it delivered to my place. It was a great experience though, she understood the situation and help me out in all the ways she could.. one of the best off store experience I ever had. Kudos to the team and Miang 👍🏼👏🏼

Recently I Visited Heads Up For Tails – Velachery on thursday and had an excellent experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with high-quality products for pets. A special mention to Durga for he outstanding service was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable, and guided me perfectly based on my pet’s needs. His genuine care and professionalism truly stood out. Highly recommend this store for all pet parents
