I have been a customer for more than 5 years. Despite raising multiple complaints, no action has been taken regarding cleanliness canel.. The overall condition is very poor, with a strong bad smell. This is affecting my pet’s hygiene—after picking up my dogs his skin has a bad odor, and at times my dogs seem very uncomfortable due to the smell. This clearly indicates a lack of proper maintenance. Additionally, I did not receive any videos or updates of my dogs during daycare. This raises concerns about their safety and whether they were fed properly during the day.

Took my Jimke for her bath to Sanchu today. Her groomer Yugesh did a fantastic job like he always does despite the fact that Jimke was a little temperamental this morning. He is kind and gentle with his handling of my pet and understands her very well. He is helpful and polite and does a good job handling both pet and pet parent. Earlier he used to handle my Doggie (who passed away in July ) with the utmost patience and kindness even though she used to kick up such a fuss. I will never forget . Strongly recommend Yugesh for his service. The staff at Sanchu were all polite and helpful . It is a good place to take your pet.

Received a frantic call from a friend that they boarded a kitten at Sanchu Adyar and there was no response to 5 calls they had made. I also called them 3 times from my number, no response. I went to the Boarding to take the kitten back on Monday (08-12-2025), and to board it in a more secure location. I asked them who mans the phone, and they reluctantly took the phone and said it was them. There were many missed calls on that number. They told me they were very busy and hence couldn't pick up their phone. For 2 days?? Calls from all numbers?? There are better boarding centers in the city. Be careful when you board your pets here.

This is one of the worst service experiences I have had. They are extremely polite and responsive only until the payment is received. Once the money is paid, they completely disappear. Vaccination and microchip installation were completed two months ago, and the pet license approval is still pending with absolutely no update, no accountability, and no response. Calls are ignored, messages are not replied to, and there is zero concern for pet welfare or customer responsibility. This clearly feels like a money-oriented service with no professionalism. If something goes wrong after payment, you are completely on your own. Such behavior is unacceptable, unethical, and frustrating. I strongly do NOT recommend this service to anyone unless you are ready to keep chasing them endlessly after paying.

Been trying to reach their clinic manager for a compromised service provided since the last 5 days to only be treated highly inappropriately and rude upon reaching directly to the clinic. Zero accountability or responsibility for the mistake done, missed/ ignored reachouts and service miss. Thankful for the doctor's emergency service. 0 for the in the inhouse people's behavior. Their attitude towards customer and their queries is not at all on par with the cost charged. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! Poor, shame on you guys!
