Our search for the best place for our 4 yr old beagle, Rocky ended when we found Paw’s n Play after visiting many other facilities in and around Chennai. We found that Revathi and Elan are thorough professionals and passionate in managing this place. They have a good set of helpers who are well trained and they too are passionate about their job. The infrastructure here is very good consisting of a swimming pool, play area clean playpens. Rocky has never been away from our home for the past 4 years, but he was very comfortable here from day one! All the pets there are kept very clean and well groomed and that made us all the more comfortable to leave Rocky happily at Paw’s n Play. Thank you Revathi and Elan.
We used the crèche facility for our 7-month-old pup with Paws n' Play, and it was a wonderful experience. Given it was her first time boarding and closely interacting with other dogs, she did really well - all thanks to the attentive staff and the founders. We'd get daily updates and videos on our girl via WA. I would like to express our gratitude to the staff for their exceptional care and attention to our dog.
I boarded my little girl Apple at Paws n Play for 6 nights when we travelled abroad during Xmas hols. Though I had read great reviews, I was a little sceptical it being a peak season for pet boarding and Apple always wanting her space and not being fond of other dogs.Prior to that we had tried a couple of places but she used to go on hunger strikes there and come back with gastro intestinal issues. Apple was well taken care of ,and the most consoling part was to see regular video updates where we saw her being petted and given a lot of outdoor time. I was informed she ate well and the place is maintained super clean too. Thanks to Revathy and Elan without whom we wouldn't have enjoyed our vacation peacefully
I had taken my dog to Paws n Play for a fun Social session on his bday and man did he enjoy! Rasukutty had the best time ever meeting new friends and running around and playing. I highly recommend the place if you need to take your pet for a good time. It’s within the city which makes its easier for pet parents.
Thanks a lot for your wonderful hospitality. We were in a dilemma as to whether my retriever Bruno would adjust as he is a home bred pet who is only used to us as we had not left him anywhere for the past 4 years since he was born. We were amazed to make out that he was enjoying himself in Paws n Play through the videos they were sending us on a regular basis throught the day, updating us on activities like swimming, socialising with other dogs etc. I can say with confidence that Bruno has now got a second home and we can leave him behind in Paws n Play without any worries. Heartfelt thanks to the team for taking such good care of Bruno.
