Very good atmosphere & staff are very friendly this is first time we are coming here. the way they take care of our pets is truly nice. People at the front office are also kind enough. Would highly recommend this to anybody that wants the best grooming for their pets

Not a great experience. Groomers did a good job, but the lady heading the management was very rude, and had priced their offer different from what was actually paid and made us pay full price for a grooming service that was on a Christmas deal. Too expensive for a cat grooming service which usually costs 500rs, but here cost nearly 1500. For a cat, this is very expensive and definitely not worth it in the long run.

I’m really happy with their service! Their Swiss is so good and well-maintained — truly impressive. The way they handle pets is just perfect; very caring and professional. I didn’t catch the guy’s name, but he was extremely gentle and respectful throughout. I genuinely appreciate the effort they put into everything. Cost-wise too, it’s very reasonable for the quality they offer. Overall, a great experience. Thank you so much!

Best spot for your pet’s grooming and other service needs. Instead of discount they offered me to take free treats which is also a great value deal. Beyond discuount and offers loved their ambience. Suprisingly staff members refused to take tip money and asked me to do share a review about them. Such a lovely, neatly maintained place. Check once, you will feel the same!
