My brother dog Rocky golden retriever died because of them he was a very strong boy and they made my dog die very worst doctor.We kept at this place for dog care purpose since we gone to other state.in just 3 days they called and informed us about his death.we literally upset very much and cancelled our flight coming back to get him as a dead body. My parents and me are 😭 😭 lot till now also.yesterday only we burried him.my brother dog is a very affectionate person .he was not had his food it seems .they didn't inform us before itself.if they could have informed before itself we did some alternative .no ac .actually we booked this centre thought it had AC,while sending him in that place that morning only we know that centre is not having AC,we are helpless because of flight timing issue.we kept him there with heavy hearted,things happened similarly ,on the 3 Rd day they informed your dog got fix and then they said within 10 minutes your pet died. Poor service,we informed that dog care taker to give more water.he didn't do anything. very worst doctor and very poor service please don't leave your pets there,my humble request don't leave your pets(son and daughter) there. We can't get our brother back,God make us to cry till our end of the life. Sorry zero star.i clicked 1,it is not able to removed

Good doctors immediate solution dogs require fastly 💞

The doctors and the staff are absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible. All they do is experiment with your pets. I lost my 2 month old puppy within 2 weeks of their consultation. The doctor is never on time. And the other staffs are equally clueless. They spoilt my baby's health, injured it, and even went blind because of the eye drops they prescribed. My pup died suffering. Their excuses do not justify their actions at all. This is the last place I would recommend to any pet parent.

We owe Dr.chockalingam for his unwavering support and smart move in saving my pet who was diagnosed of parvo virus. While vets in my locality told that the chance of recovery is bleak we learnt about this clinic from one of our friends and travelled 25kms to get him treated.3 days of morning and evening treatment healed him from the deadly virus. I would always recommend this hospital as the doctor is a saviour and has hands on experience. Thank u cornerstone..

⚠️ WARNING TO ALL PET OWNERS I am writing this review to share a serious incident of negligence that happened at New Cornerstone Multi Speciality Clinic – Dr. R. Sokkalingam (Reg. No. 5527). I took my pet KAIDO, our first-born of the house, for an ear-cropping procedure on 14-11-2025. Unfortunately, the surgery was performed in a highly unprofessional and careless manner, resulting in severe pain, trauma, and long-term distress for my pet. The ear-cropping was done incorrectly, leaving clear signs of poor surgical skill and lack of proper post-operative care. No responsible medical practitioner should deliver such an outcome. When I approached the doctor for accountability, I received no proper explanation, no support, and no responsibility taken for the damage caused. As a pet parent, this has caused deep emotional pain to my entire family. My intention in sharing this is to warn fellow pet owners to be extremely cautious. Your pet’s life and safety should never be compromised by negligence. I am currently preparing to escalate this matter to the State Veterinary Council, the Animal Welfare Board of India, and pursue further legal action for professional negligence and animal cruelty.
