I had a wonderful experience boarding my pet Shona here. The place was clean, safe, and well maintained. The staff were very kind and clearly love dogs. Shona came home happy and relaxed, which says a lot. I felt confident knowing my Shona was in good hands. I highly recommend this boarding place.

We went to Swag tails for Grooming and Swimming the service was really good our pet really enjoyed the time there. Highly recommendable!!

I had left my 8 month old labrador for boaring for a day. I was little concerned to leave him as it was first time boarding for him. When we went there I felt the place was very good. Neatly maintained. The caretakers were nice and knew how or handle. The supervisor over there Mr.Robert was very good and ensured everything will be alright. At the end, they took care of him well. They have 2 hrs of playtime once in morning and in evening and the rooms are AC rooms. It was a good experience and my dog had very good fun there. Would definitely recommend this place

1st time we visited and enjoyed a lot. My Nemo and Tom was enjoyed a lot yesterday. There is all are so kind to our pets they taking care very much good and the place is very clean and comfy for our pets. Definitely we will visit more time to this place.

I’ve boarded my Golden Retriever, Scott, at Swag Tails a couple of times, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The facility is always very clean, neat, and well-maintained, with plenty of space for the dogs to roam and play comfortably. Manager Robert Neil is absolutely awesome and truly cares about the dogs. He is attentive, kind, and clearly passionate about what he does. Scott has grown very close to him, which gives me so much peace of mind. It really feels like a second home for Scott whenever he stays at Swag Tails. I highly recommend Swag Tails to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and welcoming place to board their pets!
