This was my first experience with dog training center and it was very good.I would say it's an first class training was given to my pet (Leo) and the trainers was very kind and they guide everything With patience. lot of changes within a month Especially trainers they taken care very well… we love that place and peoples… Thank you so much Illyaraj sir and Sabarish sir

The staff are lovely. One tip for boarders: before boarding, ask to see the TNAWB registration number and check basic safety—these are important for long-term trust.

My pet Name Almond (shih Tzu) 6 months male puppy 6kg. We sent him for 1 month basic obedience training on (24/03/2025) at Porur branch and full training amount was paid on that day. Training was going good and pet was following all the training sessions. We also attended weekly 2 or 3 days training classes and was going good (28 days) Until 19/04/2025 (Saturday) we got a call from training center informing that our pet was not walking properly and need to take him hospital. As we went out of station asked them to take pet to hospital and do first aid as soon as possible. Immediately Pet was taken to hospital and no X-ray was available at that hospital so pet need to wait for next day. We requested them to take pet to another hospital (ss veterinary hospital ) and found it was major leg fracture. Reason from Trainer: Trainer informed pet went to cage last night with proper health condition but morning he is not walking. We thought it was sprain or mild crack due to training, but sadly it was major fracture in left leg and we need to undergo surgery for 6 month puppy. And now he is not walking, not eating and suffering in full pain. As owners we requested them for CCTV to view what happened on that 18/04/2025 (friday) as they didn’t mention proper reason for fracture. But we didn’t get proper response from Training center. We sent our pet for training to have better trained life but ended at having major fracture and he can’t walk for next 6months. As you have mentioned in below reviews you paid for Almond’s treatment, to make it clear for your understanding, you paid for x-ray and basic medical expenses costed around 3000. (If accident is happened at road victims will not pay for treatment only who created accidents because of his carelessness will pay for full treatment) As you’re the reason for his accident leg happened at your training place with your carelessness in taking care of 6months puppy it’s your responsible to do basic medical treatment for all living things. We are spending in lakhs for his surgery, will it be possible for you to pay full treatment cost or repay his healthy life again? We paid ₹ 20,000 full payment for his training but at end everything went in losing his healthy walking or running for lifetime will it be possible for you to reimburse his leg or training payment? And to remind you we tried reaching out you for discussion but you behaved in rude manner over call.

Chennai smart Dog Trainers is a professional Trainer for Dogs from age 3 months to different ages Dogs and they offer training for Dog owners too. I visited recently to their Center. The center was very neatly maintained by their staff. First time I came to know that they are having Hostel facilities for Dogs is an interesting one. They are taking care of our Dogs.
