It is first time I left my pet Naughty for boarding at this facility. I found the place quite clean and tidy and our pet seems to have been looked up well. Ramesh did a good job looking after the pet and sending videos two time daily . Malar gave it a nice bath as per our request and Naughty was ready when we went to pick him up. So far happy with the facility.

I was very much satisfied when I picked COCOA after leaving boarding for five days . First I was afraid since it is only eight months old and first time we are leaving him for a long time. I asked them for grooming when I am coming to pick him up. I was delighted to see my baby happier .Special thanks to Malar & Ramesh for taking care of him. I can't say enough good things about this place This was simba's first time here, and I was a little nervous because he can be anxious with new people. The staff was wonderful and professional taking the time to discuss exactly what I wanted for simba When I picked simba up, the groom was flawless every line is sharp, the ears are clean, and the paws are perfectly scissored. Most importantly, simba seems genuinely happy and is running around showing off his new look. The attention to detail and gentle handling make this our new go-to groomer. Highly recommend!

From the moment we walked in, I knew this place was different. The shop was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh, not like a typical kennel. The groomer, took the time to genuinely listen to what I wanted for my Mojo. When I picked him up, I was speechless. Not only was the cut absolutely perfect his paws were neatly rounded, the sanitary trim was clean, and his coat was silky smooth and fluffy but his demeanor was also completely relaxed. He usually shakes when I pick him up from a groomer, but he was happy and calm. The attention to detail was incredible, down to the little bow he was wearing.
