I had dropped off my 2 yr old pet Shih tzu here for boarding for a week. We had handed him over in pristine condition, he came back looking shabby and stinking. They charge ₹800/- per day for taking care of pets, and I have been boarding pets in Nagpur, Aurangabad and Kochi for lesser amount and were given better care. They are a bloody commercial setup and don't even seem to be like genuine dog lovers. All they care about is money and good google reviews which they were reiterating after handing over our pet. I would strongly recommend that if you have any alternative then please board your loved one there as these people only want money and they have hired someone to look after our pets. My boy was happy to run away from them as soon as we came to pick him up and he seemed depressed. Their claim of round the clock care is just a farce as they have installed cctv cameras to monitor the pets during the day and they only share photos and videos of our pet after repeated requests. The owners are available only on weekends and they run the business with a care-taker who on a payroll and is least bothered about the safety of the pets. My lil one came back all dull and depressed. Would highly discourage pet parents from boarding at this facility. I'm attaching before boarding and a photo they sent during boarding.

Such a good and kind human being they are. Am coming from outside of chennai they keep my baby with them almost for 1 month and taking care of my baby so well. He is happy and very cool with them. I got daily update. Purely home boarding with ample of care and love. Ac accommodation no restrictions for pets habit and attitude. Thank you highly recommended for every pet parents.

What really stood out to me was the owner who is an incredible communicator and truly takes the time to understand each customer’s needs. She listened carefully to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions and made me feel completely confident and reassured about leaving my pet in their care. Pawsome offers multiple packages for different budgets which shows how considerate and pet-owner-friendly they are. The environment is loving, calm and completely pet-oriented and everything is impressively well organized. Most importantly I felt 100% safe and at peace knowing my pet was in such caring hands. If you’re looking for a place that treats your pet like family Pawsome is it. I couldn’t recommend them more! 🐾❤️
