Our pet Gigi (Lab) had a very pleasant stay for 10 days. Excellent loving care. Very professional. Definitely a home away from home. Will definitely repeat next time when we need to do this again. And the Grooming services were a Bonus and definitely recommended. Thanks for the wonderful stay

It wasn't a good experience, we asked to update of our cats while we are traveling for 11 days. During this period they only updated twice after we asked so many times how my cats were and to share photos/videos. As being a pet parents, we wanted constant updates (not daily but at least 2-3 times in a week) but this boarding lady has not responded and were neglegent to our request. it was really difficult to communicate and follow up for the updates!! we have paid some amount which was not small for boarding, they should have done a job for what we paid for & more responsible with this service. Being sick is not an excuse, if she is not well then she should not accept boarding or should ask someone to do her job on behalf.

Boarded my 8 months old puppy in crescent pet care and I have to say this... It's one such awesome place to board your pet.They take care of our pet like their own and in their own house itself with such gentleness and also they are very much responsive in WhatsApp and calls. They were really kind enough to give her a homely experience with healthy food and clean atmosphere. The videos that were shared put me at ease that she was doing okay. I'm extremely greatful to Crescent Pet Care for exceeding my expectations by being patient with her and for treating her like family. She just got back today and seems to be happy and in great spirit. I get the feeling that she may also be missing her new home :) Riya sends her love.

Boarded my babies maya and Chaya in crescent pet care . This is their first time without us , so we were very much concerned and worried especially about the elder one maya as she was so pampered and never been without us and she is very picky. But crescent pet care broke all the doubts which we had and maya chaya made a new home there. They were treated like their own and I get all the updates whenever I ask for. They were there for a month and when they came back they were pampered so much and we are so happy for it. Thanks to the family. When I asked them to celebrate my birthday by giving maya and chaya a cake they immediately responded with a yes and they arranged for a dog for cake and made them happy. Here after I will be so happy if have to leave maya chaya they have a second home to stay. They got back 2 days back and they are do great and they are surely going to miss the other family. Thanks again.
