worst shop ever!!!! Went for grooming for My 2 shitzu’s and their skin got teared up and they don’t even care about that .. saying it’s not our fault n all they’ll do their work in hurryburry like they’re going to catch the next flight. If y’all care about your pets kindly don’t visit here!!

Very poor experience at Happy Pet Grooming. No time management—waited over 2 hours just for checking and another 1 hour for their vet. They quickly insisted on a zero cut, claiming “bad allergies,” but the vet only gave a shampoo after a very brief check. I noticed another customer was told the same story, which clearly felt like a shortcut to finish grooming fast and handle more customers. Total waste of time and money. Not recommended
