Mr Udhaya was very kind to my pets. They were both scared and growling in defense. He waited patiently till they allowed him to touch them and trim. It took more time than needed. His kind approach helped a lot.

I enquired about nail trimming and ear cleaning services for my pup. If you guys don’t provide separate services politely say so. Instead speaking so rude and showing no interest in a business enquire makes no sense to me.
Untrained groomer. They groomed My shitzu in very reckless way. Even he mistakenly cut her ear hairs and said not to worry it's fine.
