Horrible experience. If you have a cat, I strictly advise against visiting them for grooming. ​The staff is clearly not equipped to handle cats safely. My cat has a naturally calm temperament and has been groomed at least 7 times elsewhere without issue. However, here he was mishandled, lifted by his tail and neck and was so terrified that he urinated multiple times out of fear. ​To make matters worse, when I objected to this dangerous handling, the staff was defensive and dared to tell me I 'didn't know how it works' rather than taking accountability and apologising. I stopped the service immediately, paid the full amount, and left in disappointment. I will never trust Heads Up For Tails with my pet again.

I had booked an appointment for my Shih Tzu’s grooming for the first time at this facility. Prior to confirming the appointment, I filled out the consent form and clearly mentioned that my pet is friendly but does not like bathing and haircuts. Since this was his first visit to a new place and a new groomer, I expected professional handling. After about an hour, I was informed that only a sanitary trim was completed and the face trim could not be done because my pet was not cooperating. I was quite surprised by this, as professional groomers are expected to know how to handle nervous pets, especially small breeds. I had even requested that a muzzle be used if necessary and had explained multiple times that this was his first visit and he might be anxious. There were two groomers attending to him, yet the service could not be completed. If there were concerns based on the information I provided in the consent form, the appointment ideally should not have been confirmed in the first place. I was ultimately asked to return another time, and only the sanitary trim was done (for which a waiver was given). While a waiver was given this does not address the core issue of improper and incomplete handling and the inconvenience caused. Overall, this experience felt like a waste of time, and I was disappointed that the grooming could not be completed as expected.

HUFT - TTK Road Store, Chennai I rescued a little pup off the side of the road and I dropped in late this evening to buy a leash and some puppy food. The staff was really lovely and they welcomed the pup and helped me pick out the stuff I needed. As I was heading out, I realised the pup had a lot of ticks so I rushed back in and asked them if they could squeeze us in for an emergency grooming session. Despite it being past 7 pm, they immediately accepted and jumped right in to help us out. The groomer was so kind and patient with the pup who was frightened beyond belief. He took so much care to remove the ticks - even the hard to reach ones between the toes. I’m so grateful to the care and warmth they showered me today. You have a customer for life ♥️
