I lost my kitten yesterday because of them. She needed proper care and they just gave her drip i know they don't keep pets overnight but they could have warn us to take her to different hospital they just asked us to keep her near the heater, my baby suffered whole night because of them and I'll never forgive them

Best vets in tricity. While all other places try to bring the bill up by adding unnecessary tests and try to sell you things, here they just provide exactly what is needed and not overcharge. Very proficient and caring vets and helpers. Highly recommend for any pet parent.

We have been visiting this clinic for over an year now and each time our little puppy is very well taken care of. The staff is very dedicated and knowledgeable. The first thing they enquire about your pet is it's name and then throughout the checkup and treatment your pet is called by a name and is given the utmost care, love and respect. The fees is very nominal and reasonable, and treatment of strays is provided further discount. No matter the rush at the clinic, the doctors and helping staff will treat each pet/ stray with equal gentleness and attention and will answer each query with amazing patience. We are glad to have found this clinic where the staff is providing such exceptional service !

Useless doctor. There was fracture on wrist of my dog front paw. I went for x ray and then he took 2 xrays and said no fracture only nervous injury and recommended some costly treatment. After few weeks no recovery.. when i went to govt hospital, surgeon there saw same xray and told me it was just normal fracture which could have been fixed easily by splint but now its too late bone has been healed wrongly and dog will now be limp forever. Nothing can be done.. all bcz at starting i went to this shitty place and doctor. Regret for life.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the grooming service provided at your clinic. My puppy recently had a haircut there, but the trimming was done very poorly. The cut looks uneven and unprofessional, and my pet seems uncomfortable after the grooming. I had trusted your clinic for proper care, but this experience was quite upsetting—especially considering the high charges for the service. I request that you please look into this matter and ensure better grooming standards in the future. I would also appreciate if you could offer a resolution for this issue.
