Worst customer experience ever. They do not keep their word and they charge extra for no reason, simply by manipulating customers. Multiple people in the shop even claimed to be the owner, which itself says a lot about how unprofessional the place is. We bought 16-inch and 14-inch sweaters, and the shopkeeper clearly told us that if there is any size issue, we can return or exchange it for the same price. But when we actually went to exchange for a bigger size, they suddenly demanded extra money, refusing to give the product at the promised rate. Basically it’s either: pay extra or lose the money you already paid. Such behaviour is unacceptable. I initially thought of becoming a regular customer and even bringing my dogs here for grooming, but after this experience, I would never trust them again. Very bad service, false promises, and zero accountability.

Took my dog today to this shop for grooming and to get some other essentials and i must say that their service was a 10/10. Really happy with the grooming service. They have a large variety of products that you would possibly need for your pet. Highly recommend.
