This pet shop man is so rude and it’s not the first time that I asked something and he answered in a very rude and inappropriate manner and also after telling him to stop this kind of behaviour he argued instead of realising his mistake and again I’m saying it was not the first time so i would not prefer that pet shop anymore to anyone

They have all the pet accessories, food, medicines, vet approved shampoos. Liked the dealing as they also give discounts on the entire bill on few items. Located in 40c. Plus they have home based pet grooming service which is a little overpriced.

Very rude behavior from the shopkeeper. I went to buy a coat for my dog and asked to see a few options so I could compare different sizes and styles. He only showed me 2 coats, and when I politely asked to see more, he rudely said, “Ye dekh lo pehle,” and seemed very lazy and uninterested in showing coats. He clearly wanted me to just choose from one or two items instead of properly assisting or atleast showing some options and there were many. Since I needed the coat urgently, I ended up buying one, but the experience was very unpleasant. The coat didn’t fit well and didn’t even look good. It felt like the product was not sold with fair behaviour and as a result, the coat didn’t even work out for my dog. Because of this behavior, I never went back to the shop.
