I have been bringing my pet baby here for almost an year now. My pet generally doesn’t get friendly with strangers but Mr Raghav has won over him with his passion and great love for the pets. Mr Raghav has always gone a step extra to ensure that I get timely and best hygienic bath for my pet baby Whiskey a GSD. I have recommended pet point to my other friends who are pet parents.
0 Star if possible We live quite far from this clinic, but we still used to come here regularly for our pet’s grooming because earlier, when the previous manager (Sardar ji) was in charge, the service and timing were always excellent. However, ever since the new staff member joined, there has been a consistent issue with timing. Every time we visit, there is some excuse — either “no time” or “no staff available.” Today, we arrived at 6 PM and were again refused service, being told it would not be possible. It is very disappointing to travel such a long distance and be turned away repeatedly. It feels like customer convenience is no longer a priority. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this grooming shop based on our recent experiences.
Great experience every time! This pet shop is really good and well maintained. I always come here for my Shih Tzu boy, and the staff handles pets with a lot of care and patience. Special thanks to Raghav—he is very gentle, knowledgeable, and makes sure my pet feels comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for trustworthy and loving care for their pets.
Extremely patient, friendly, and empathetic staff(groomers). Both the groomer’s Mr. Lovepreet and Anish were super good at their job. Highly recommended branch to pet parents.
