I brought my dog in for grooming yesterday and what should have been a routine visit turned into an incredibly distressing experience. Not only did the staff fail to provide proper care but they also caused serious injury to my dog. When I picked him up I was horrified to discover that the grooming had resulted in his skin being damaged specifically, they took off a patch of skin from his private area. He is in utmost discomfort. He is just not able to sit properly.
