Call attendant was very unprofessional and don’t have patience to to talk with customer
Rate is ok there as they are wholesalers but the way of handling things is bad. Don't say anything that you can't deliver. You say one thing but refuse the same after sometime. One customer can bring more customers if you will deal with them well. Wishing you best with other customers but never buying things from you again. Not everyone is lying here in their reviews. All the best.
Pathetic sales guy and very poor condition of fishes when i visited, so many fishes were dead due to not feeding and caring during diwali. Very bad
I don't know how they got 4.5 ratings as their actual ratings could be even less than 1 if that was possible. Anyhow they are not wholesalers. The lady in the shop need to learn civic sense, like basic human sense like how to greet & talk with others. i am not saying about basic business sense thats gonna be too much for her. And really i don't know how she is still manage to work there after having tremendous of complaints.
Aquarium is quite fine and they also manage to provide some good aquarium stuff but somtime fish quality is not that much good and they only survive for few weeks so make sure before taking it. Rest everything is fine you can go for it.
