I recently visited vetlab Chandigarh with my pet and had an excellent experience with all the staff. The staff was friendly and efficient, especially Ms Komal at the reception, who was very sweet and polite. The centre maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. At the reception mam is so nice and support staff is so helpful as I didn't have to wait for my pet test. Staff was highly skilled and explained everything clearly. I had a very positive experience with vetlab during my pet tests. From the moment I arrived at the reception mam is so polite and support staff is so cooperative and taking care of my pet as their own pet and technician is so skilled and experienced made pet feel so comfortable and well informed about the procedure. They took the time to explain each step clearly and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. Throughout the test all staff is so calm, attentive which helped ease for my pet. I felt confident that my pet was very capable hands. The process was smooth and efficient and I appreciated all the staff. Highly recommended for the pets.

Good experience...!!! Visited Vet Lab for ultrasound of my dog. It was in short notice and they accommodated. Staff and doctor are very nice.Films of report were immediately handedover and as they promised reports came on watsapp in time...very recommended for correct diagnosis.

I have been visiting Vet Lab for the past couple of years, and I must say the level of professionalism has always been excellent. The entire team is friendly, caring, and truly understands how to handle our four-legged babies with love and patience. I would especially like to mention Komal and Rajan, whom I have interacted with regularly. They have been absolutely wonderful—calm, compassionate, and extremely skilled at what they do. What matters most to me is that my dogs feel comfortable and safe during the process, and that has always been the case here. The blood collection is done very smoothly and efficiently—usually in one go—without causing unnecessary stress to the dogs. Overall, Vet Lab is a trustworthy and reliable place for our four-legged family members. I would highly recommend it to all pet parents. Thank you for the consistent care and support.
