Best location and best environment of hotal . Staff behaviour is nice and all facility is available .
Very poor service. There was no hot water kettle, no AC, and the room was extremely dirty. Definitely not worth the money.
Good staff behaviour and environment is good, front reception staff is very co-operative
Stayed there for a day. AC didn't work. Intercom stopped working. And than Dish connection gone. And as per their charges it's not worth.. really disappointed.. And lastly they are keeping Soft copies of your IDs. Which is totally wrong practice. Don't know what's their intentions but can be used in wrong way also.......
Pathetic Experience Absolutely disgraceful hospitality. The staff was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. Instead of basic courtesy, we were treated with arrogance and disrespect. It was an appalling experience for us as a family. My two-year-old infant was crying, so I took the baby to the lobby for a moment. Instead of showing even basic empathy, the manager rudely ordered me to take the infant back to the room. The arrogance and insensitivity were shocking. This hotel lacks basic decency, professionalism, and compassion. An absolutely disgraceful experience — I strongly urge families to stay away.
