Appalling experience. The vet at Seva is extremely rude and all the staff are untrained and just keep pulling the dogs randomly without any care for their welfare. Atleast the staff should be properly trained to handle the dogs safely in a sensitive manner keeping their medical needs in mind. Poor value for money. Wouldn't recommend to anyone at all. More for financial incentives than anything else.

Highly satisfied and strongly recommend the hospital for the care and services they offer, especially at odd hours in case of emergency. Charges are reasonable and staff is polite and knowledgeable. Thank you for attending my Joy late night hours and relieving him of the pain and discomfort.

I’m deeply thankful to Dr. Kochar’s Veterinary Hospital for the amazing care they have given to my pet Jerry. Today was our second visit, and I’m genuinely happy to see such a big improvement in her condition. A very special thanks to Dr. Ansh, who treated Jerry with so much love and patience. The way he handled her and guided me throughout the treatment really shows his dedication and compassion for animals. The helpers and junior doctors are equally kind, gentle, and extremely helpful. The charges are reasonable, and they even try to understand the owner’s situation — something you rarely find these days. Earlier, my other pet Luna was also treated here, and she recovered completely under their care. Dr. Kochar himself is very humble and experienced — he personally supervises everything, which gives so much confidence and peace of mind. Truly one of the best veterinary hospitals. I want to share my recent experience so it may help other cat parents. My cat’s blood test report showed a very low platelet count, which was quite scary to see. However, I understand that taking blood samples from cats requires extra care because their samples clot very easily, and this can sometimes affect platelet count results. I’m not against this hospital. In fact, a few years ago I received a low platelet report from another pet hospital in PKL, and when I repeated the test here, the results were normal. That gave me confidence in this place at the time. This time, however, the report again showed low platelets. It may have been due to the way the sample was handled, as feline platelet counts can be affected if the sample clots. I’m sharing this only to help other cat parents, if you ever see a very low platelet count in your cat’s report, don’t panic immediately. It may be a good idea to repeat the test or confirm the result with another lab to be sure.

My dog was in a very critical condition—he had collapsed, and it felt like his entire body was shutting down. It was around 11 PM when I desperately searched for help and found Dr. Kochar Pet Hospital. Within just two days of treatment, my dog started recovering remarkably.
