The hotel is good in terms of location, and the rooms are decent with a balcony. However, the parking situation was very disappointing and poorly managed. The hotel does not have its own parking as it is located inside a mall. If you enter the mall parking by mistake, you are charged ₹50 for the first four hours. When we asked the receptionist for help, she rudely said that we should have read on MakeMyTrip that parking is not available. She was also unaware of the parking charges for a two-night stay. After repeatedly insisting, she mentioned there was an option behind the mall. A bell boy guided us to a place saying it was customer parking, which the receptionist had earlier denied. This caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. We had an upgraded room with a heater, but we had to call the reception four times before it was provided. We were on the MAP plan. Breakfast was okay, but dinner on both days was very disappointing. The set menu included chicken, which was stale and had a bad smell on both occasions. The food quality was unacceptable and very upsetting. Overall, while the rooms and location are fine, the service, parking management, and food quality need serious improvement.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Balcony views are amazing, and proper hot water was available throughout the stay. Instead of packed water bottles, filtered drinking water is provided in the rooms. The hotel is located inside a mall, so parking is chargeable. We paid ₹200 for overnight parking, and every time we took the car out, parking was charged again, which was disappointing. There is no staff assistance for luggage, and parking can be a bit challenging as you may need to park on different floors depending on availability. the hotel has a separate lobby area, and the location is convenient. However, breakfast was below average—items ordered did not match what was served, and overall the buffet breakfast experience was not good, no taste in even tea. Would not recommend opting for breakfast here.

Had a wonderful stay at Salt Stayz with truly exceptional service and support throughout our visit. A special thanks to Mahesh (Manager) for taking such great care of everything — his attention to detail, hospitality, and constant support made the stay very comfortable. Kudos to him and his entire team for their professionalism and warmth. The breakfast was excellent, with a special mention to Chef Arun for the delicious and well-prepared spread. Every meal was fresh, tasty, and perfectly served. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a welcoming stay. Will definitely visit again!
