Worst pet clinic of tricity. I am writing this review after trying this clinic on 2 different occasions across 7 visits. Dr Grovar is completely absent minded. He deals with multiple pets at the same time instead of focusing on one at a time, mixes up medicines, forgets which treatment to give. They gave my dog 3 injections at the same place which caused a deep long term wound. They were clueless about the real issue I went for (intestinal infection) and kept on forcing to conduct blood test each day for 4 consecutive days, only to ignore the reports, multiple x rays, charge clinic fee separate to the treatment fee. I would not mind a daily charge of 2k-4k just for stomach infection but they would not be happy with this and would force to change ointments 3rice within 6 days, just to push their sales. In the end, most important factor is that they dont care or remember the issue with your dog and tend to mix it with others causing wrong treatment and more issues then you went in with.

One of the best hospitals for my precious feathered babies! When my little one accidentally swallowed a feeding tube, they went above and beyond — even opening the clinic especially for him. The doctors examined him with so much patience, care, and attention to detail, making sure he was comfortable the entire time. Both doctors are not only highly skilled but also incredibly polite and compassionate. It’s rare to find people who are true animal lovers, and their kindness really touched my heart. I am deeply grateful for their dedication and the way they treated my baby as if he were their own.

Dr Grovar is a very well experienced veterinary doctor who takes excellent care of your pets and treats their medical situation in the best possible manner . My 16 year young dog is being looked after by him and his team very well . We don't mind travelling all the way from Panchkula to Mohali just to get our dog treated by Dr. Grovar . The Healing Touch Clinic is neat and clean and very well maintained . All the hygiene and safety protocols are very well adhered to . The grooming section is also well managed . The pets needs section is also well stocked . For the experience Dr Grovar has and his passion towards his profession "The Healing Touch Clinic " in Mohali becomes a must visit for your loved pets .
