I recently brought my dog Sahir to your grooming salon at pet houz sec 64 for a standard grooming session. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The groomer completely changed my dog's look, which was not what I had expected. I am deeply disappointed and concerned with the experience. Not only did the groomer completely change my dog’s look, which was not what I requested, but more importantly, my dog was injured during the grooming process as my dog came home with a cut on his leg. This situation is unacceptable and has caused a lot of distress for both my dog and myself. I expected professional and careful handling of my pet, but this experience has severely damaged my trust in your business. Find the attachments below before and after grooming.
