I had a great experience here—clean, well-stocked, and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find the perfect food and toys for my dog, and even gave great advice on grooming and training. You can tell they really care about animals. My pup loves everything we got from here. My dog ended up getting a cut and infection on his private part, with pus oozing out. Not sure if it was because of the razor burn or infection from a previous dog that they used the razor upon. They use the same trimmer on all the dogs without sanitizing it. They are aware to not use a zero size on the under side of the dog because the skin gets irritated, but still they did it. The owner later apologized on the phone but I ended up spending another 1000 rupees on the treatment and my dog is miserable with the itch and pain and a cone around his neck for the next 5 days. I definitely am never going back to this place.

I’m so impressed with their service! The staff was gentle, patient, and clearly experienced with handling cats. My cat usually hates grooming, but she came back calm, clean, and looking absolutely adorable. The shop was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxing environment. Bestest store for all my puppy needs on very reasonable prices, as compare to every other pet store around in the area, very professional and experienced vet services. Grooming is on top notch. Plus lovethe way they go out of way to help strays. Must visit
