I visited this place for my pet’s boarding, and the experience was excellent. The staff is very caring and professional, and they treated my pet like family. This place is by far the most disappointing and disturbing experience I have encountered. The dogs are locked in cages all day long, they are barking continuously and are not well taken care of. My dog was staying there for a week due to his surgery. Along with the hefty charges of the surgery, the aftercare- the staff did not care about the livelihood of the dogs. They had pooped in the room they were staying in, my dog was not able to have water due to him wearing an e-collar at all times which was never removed during meals. He had severe dehydration and had lost his voice due to barking continuously. I saw the staff " KICK" the street dogs that they have so called "RESCUED." Have some basic human decency and do your basic job. Have basic sympathy.

We boarded our labrador retriever here for 5 days before the 5 days he was ok .but after the departure from pet kennel on the way to home he started vomiting and losemotion .when we went to our nearby vet so he told us that he is infected from parvo virus .the kennel attendents did not informed us about this .They did not informed us that our pet was not well in 5 days. They took no responsibility of it . Because of their lack of hygiene and stray dogs in the kennel campus led to my dog infected from parvo.
