I had the most pathetic and worst experience with this clinic. I was under the impression that the veterinary doctors are experts, but it was a totally disappointing experience. Once you visit their clinic with your pet, the doctor will suggest some unnecessary tests and treatment to just charge you more money. I took my pet dog for just normal routine checkup, but the doctor recommended some other tests and procedures that later came out to be normal in reports, and those were actually NOT REQUIRED TO BE DONE. The vet doctor is greedy and just wants to make the bill in a hefty amount for clients so that he can make more money. Please AVOID visiting with your beloved pet babies as these doctors might put their precious life in danger with HIGH RISK and also you will lose your hard earn money.

Very happy with the whole team at 12 West. We have been bringing our 6 dogs over many years. From the smallest scratches to big surgeries, all have been done here by Dr Toor and his wonderful and attentive team. All facilities from testing to surgery are under 1 roof. The team is attentive and efficient and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend the clinic to everyone
