I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with this dog care service. My dog was returned to me with serious eye damage, which shows a complete lack of proper care and responsibility. As a pet owner, trusting someone with your dog means expecting safety and basic well-being, but that trust was completely broken here. Not only was my dog injured, but there was also no proper explanation or accountability from their side. This shows negligence and unprofessionalism. Pets cannot speak for themselves, so it is our responsibility to choose services that genuinely care for them — unfortunately, this place is not safe for your dog. I would strongly advise other pet parents to avoid this service and look for a professional, trustworthy caretaker who will prioritize your pet’s health and safety.
