I had a great experience at this pet clinic. My cat was bitten by a dog, and the staff took excellent care of him. He’s doing much better now, and I’m extremely grateful for their attention and care. This clinic is now my permanent choice, and I won’t be going anywhere else. Highly recommend!

They are the best vets in tricity. We are highly indebted to Dr Hardem who saved our golden retriever in the middle of the night. He is a gem and a savior. Thankyou to the whole team including dr karna and dr gursahib. You can trust them blindly with your pet baby.

We entrusted this clinic with Simba’s neutering, expecting basic standards of post-operative care. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and distressing. Simba’s condition worsened after the surgery due to poor post-operative management. He developed infection with pus formation, requiring daily drainage, IV antibiotics, and the possibility of reopening stitches—something that should never happen with proper hygiene, monitoring, and timely intervention. What was most upsetting was the lack of accountability and seriousness shown towards his deteriorating condition. As pet parents, we were left anxious, helpless, and heartbroken watching an avoidable situation escalate. Surgery does not end at the operating table—aftercare is equally critical, and this clinic failed us there. I would urge others to think carefully before trusting this facility with their animals, especially for surgical procedures.

Every single member of the team, from the front desk to the veterinary assistants and the doctors, made my pet and me feel instantly at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and treated my furry friend with the utmost gentleness and care. It's obvious they love what they do, and that makes all the difference when your pet is nervous or unwell. The environment is equally impressive. The clinic is spotlessly clean, bright, and incredibly welcoming. Unlike other clinics that can feel sterile or stressful, this one has a calming, soothing atmosphere—a massive benefit for nervous pets (and nervous owners!). The waiting area is comfortable, and the exam rooms are well-equipped. They have clearly invested in creating a comfortable, low-stress experience. If you are looking for top-tier veterinary care combined with genuinely nice people and a wonderful setting, look no further. Five stars across the board!

The best vets in the entire tricity. The doctors the staff all are very well spoken take care of the kids just like their own. My dog required surgery for his femur fracture and was very critical but Doctor Karan And Doctor Aditya operated him and my kid was again on his feet I am so thankfull to these people
